Barbara was assigned as an Administrative Officer in J5 at the time of her retirement in 2001. She had 33 years of service. Barbara was a lifetime Phoenix Society member. She passed away on 23 October 2011.

Gene served in the U.S. Navy for 21 years and retired as a Chief Master Sergeant. He also worked at the Agency as a civilian and retired from the V organization in 1979 with a total of 38 years of DoD service. He received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award in 1979. He passed away March 25, 2009 and was buried in Arlington Cemetery with full military honors.

Mr. Stark, a former cryptologist in the Operations Organization at NSA, died March 5, 2000 of cancer at the age of 73. Prior to joining the Agency, he served with the US Navy. He retired in 1986 with 40 years of federal service. He resided in Tucson, AZ and enjoyed golfing and was an amateur radio buff. He was survived by his wife and daughter.
