Michie Tilley
After serving in WW II, Mr. Tilley joined the Naval Security Group reserves and was recalled to active duty at the start of the Korean War.
After joining NSA in 1953, he held a number of supervisory positions at Headquarters, and completed tours as NSAPAC Representative Philippines and as the Policy Officer at Headquarters NSAPAC. He also served as a Senior US Liaison Officer. His special awards included the Exceptional Civilian Service Award.
