C. Carlo Garofalo passed away November 19, 1995 at the age of 79. He was a former analyst in the Operations Organization at NSA. Prior to joining the Agency he served with the U.S. Navy. A veteran of WWII, he was a member of the Pearl Harbor Survivors Association. He retired in 1975 with 34 years of Federal service. Mr. Garofalo was a native of Worcester, MA and resided in Clarksville, MD. He enjoyed woodworking in his leisure time. He was survived by his wife, a daughter, five grandchildren, and a great-grandson.

Mr. Samuel R. Hall passed away January 18, 1999 at the age of 83. He was a former cryptologist in the Operations Ogranization at NSA. Prior to joining the Agency, Mr. Hall served with the U.S. Army. He retired in 1974 with 32 years of Federal service. Mr. Hall was also a volunteer aide to birds and enjoyed gardening.

Mr. Dave Hambleton passed away July 6, 1995 at the age of 57. He was a former senior cryptologic executive in the Operations Organization at NSA. Prior to joining the Agency, he served with the U.S. Army. His Agency career included four field assignments. He retired in 1994 with 37 years of Federal service. Retirement allowed Mr. Hambleton more time for his favorite interests, golf and the stock market. He was survived by his wife, Mary, and two daughters.
