In early November 2024, the National Cryptologic Foundation proudly exhibited at the Innovative Schools Summit in Chicago, where over 1,000 educators, administrators, school counselors, and school staff gathered to exchange ideas and resources for enhancing education.
NCF Education Director Dr. Alisha Jordan engaged attendees in meaningful conversations about the NCF's impactful resources, highlighting the Outsmart Cyberthreats (OC) booklet and unveiling the new Adult Cybersecurity Awareness booklet, which features cutting-edge AI components.
Through detailed discussions, Dr. Jordan provided insights into the NCF's educational programs, including the Cybersecurity Curriculum Guidelines (CCG) and the CyberChats Podcast, emphasizing their value for fostering cyber literacy. Many attendees were particularly impressed by the NCF's Ambassador Program, with several schools committing to sign up to deepen their cybersecurity education efforts.
The NCF’s participation underscored its commitment to equipping schools with the tools and knowledge to navigate the evolving digital landscape, building safer and more informed learning communities.
