Join Intelligence, defense, and national security professionals for XFIL: Advancing Technology in CNO, an evening of innovation, insight, and impact. This is a joint program of the National Cryptologic Foundation (NCF) and MANTECH. Our keynote speaker is Vice Admiral Timothy J. "TJ" White, USN, Ret., served as Deputy Director, Tailored Access Operations, National Security Agency (NSA).

The program will take place at the Maritime Conference Center, located at 692 Maritime Blvd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090 on Monday, September 22, 2025. (3:30 pm to 7:30 pm) See link to PDF map & directions below. 

Join the NCF and MANTECH for a thought-provoking conference focused around building robust and secure CNO capabilities. Network with peers, enjoy hors d'oeuvres and drinks, and gain insights from industry leaders on the future of cyber capabilities. Doors will open at 3:30 pm, the program will begin at 4:00 pm and will conclude by 7:30 pm.
