NCF Leaders Support NSA's "Illuminating Her Path" Event

The National Cryptologic Foundation (NCF) is pleased to share that our CEO Laura Nelson and Director of Education Dr. Alisha Jordan had the privilege of attending the National Security Agency's (NSA) recent "Illuminating Her Path" event on March 29th. The NCF's presence at this event underscored our dedication to supporting and celebrating women in cybersecurity.

At the event, hosted by Ms. Atiya Yearwood, Deputy Chief of NSA's Cybersecurity Collaboration Center, the aim was to honor Women's History Month by highlighting the accomplishments and contributions of women in the cybersecurity field. The event featured opening remarks by NSA's Deputy Director, Ms. Wendy Noble, and a keynote address by Dr. Stacey Dixon, the Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (PDDNI).

Additionally, attendees had the opportunity to engage with a panel of esteemed women leaders in U.S. government cybersecurity, who shared insights into their career journeys. The event concluded with a networking session, providing attendees with the opportunity to learn more about agency recruitment opportunities.
