Gordon Shaw holds a B.S. in Cybersecurity Analytics and Operations from Penn State University (2023, Magna Cum Laude) and an M.S. in Cybersecurity Technology at the University of Maryland Global Campus (2025, 4.0 GPA) with a robust portfolio of certifications, including CySA+, Linux+, and Splunk Core Certified Power User. Gordon Shaw has earned accolades such as First Prize in the Anthem AI Hackathons Challenge (2021), Penn State Berks Student Enterprise Awards (2022, 2023), and the Weidenhammer Systems Achievement Award for the highest GPA in their major. He is a member of the UMGC Cyber Team and a 2025 NCyTE Cybersecurity Fellow.
