Mone' Ross

Mone’ Ross is a Vice President and Cyber Simulations Planner at JPMorganChase (JPMC), where she leads the firm’s cybersecurity client engagement strategy. She develops and delivers high-impact simulations for C-suite leaders, third-party partners, and senior technology teams — including the firm’s Global CIO and CISO — helping drive enterprise-wide resilience and readiness.
At JPMC, Mone’ has opened the 2024 Global Cyber Awareness Week as a featured panelist (reaching 300,000+ employees), delivered the keynote for the Commercial Banking “Women in Tech” seminar, and facilitated executive-level sessions for external stakeholders. Her leadership has also been featured on JPMC’s social media platforms, reaching over 6 million global followers.
Her impact extends across the broader cybersecurity and tech ecosystem through speaking at national conferences, supporting emerging talent, and championing conversations around cyber readiness, resilience, and representation. Mone’ has been recognized as a “Woman of Influence” by the U.S. Black Chambers, a “Technology Rising Star” by the Women of Color STEM DTX Conference, and for leading the “Most Impactful Session” at the Executive Women’s Forum 2024.
Before joining JPMC, Mone’ held strategic roles in government and nonprofits, including with the U.S. Coast Guard Cyber Command, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. House of Representatives. She holds a master’s degree from Georgetown University and a B.A. from Michigan State University, where she now serves on the Professional Advisory Board.
Originally from Detroit, Mone’ also leads a Leadership Development Academy in D.C. and finds joy in empowering young women, rock climbing, golfing, and chasing live music.
