MD House Cybersecurity Bill Signing in May 2022
On May 12th NCF President & CEO, Laura Nelson, represented the Foundation at the bill signing ceremony for several key cybersecurity bills passed by the Maryland General Assembly and signed by MD Governor Larry Hogan. Several NCF staff members testified for the signed bills that include:
SB 754: Local Government Cybersecurity - Coordination and Operations (Cybersecurity Support Act of 2022)
SB 812: State Government - Cybersecurity - Coordination and Governance
HB 1205: State Government - Information Technology and Cybersecurity - Related Infrastructure (Modernize Maryland Act of 2022)
