Dr. Lowell "Jim" Frazer

Dr. Lowell K. "Jim" Frazer died OTD in 2013. Dr. Frazer was a leader in mathematics and the founder of modern cryptographic evaluation. As a result of his efforts, all cryptography used for classified applications by the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community is now subject to rigorous scientific evaluation. He was inducted into the NSA/CSS Hall of Honor in 2003.
