2010: National Cryptologic Museum Recognizes Dr. David Kahn

26 October 2010: On this day in 2010 - the National Cryptologic Museum (NCM) recognized Dr. David Kahn for contributing his collection to the NCM's Library. Despite the National Security Agency’s early efforts to sideline David Kahn’s work, by the 1990s, it had come to respect him for advancing the field of cryptology. In 1993, NSA invited Dr. Kahn to be its scholar in residence. In 2020, Kahn was named to the NSA/CSS Cryptologic Hall of Honor.
