On February 21, 2025, the National Cryptologic Foundation (NCF) hosted a special Convening to Act Preview webinar. The webinar featured a brief discussion with Mr. George Barnes, NCF Board President; Mr. Vinh Nguyen, National Security Agency (NSA) Chief Responsible AI Officer; and Dr. Morgan Stern, Senior Quantum Resistant Cryptography (QRC) Subject Matter Expert, NSA. Our presenters discussed critical issues for the adoption of QRC and use of Artificial Intelligence in national security that will be addressed at each topic specific Convening to Act to be held in March 2025. The QRC-focused Convening to Act will take place on March 11, 2025 in College Park, MD and the Artificial Intelligence Convening to Act will take place March 27-28, 2025 in Reston, VA.
