The NSA's Center for Cryptologic History hosts a biennial Cryptologic History Symposium in Maryland. The Foundation helps to promote and support this popular two-day event that features workshops, presentations, and demonstrations. The event coincides with the Foundation's annual meeting to make three days of all-things-cryptology!

This special series is an annual program featuring historical lectures named in honor of a former NSA historian. Sponsored by the NSA's Center for Cryptologic History, the lectures are presented by preeminent scholars who address cryptologic issues with a historical perspective.

AFIO Virtual Programs and Podcasts
The Association of Former Intelligence Officers (AFIO) launched a series of recorded interviews and other activities called AFIO NOW. Although many of the programs and podcasts are available in their Members-Only section, several have been released to the public. Video recordings are available via the AFIO website or YouTube Channel. For those who prefer to listen to an AFIO NOW episode - podcasts are available via sites such as Podbean or Spotify. NCF #CyberChats promote cybersecurity awareness and inspire students to pursue a cyber-related career. The original #CyberChats were hosted online and featured a wide variety of cyber experts and professionals. These dedicated professionals shared their experiences, insights, advice, and resources with students, parents, and teachers. In 2023, the NCF launched a #CyberChats podcast - specifically designed for youth 11-18 years of age.

The NCF periodically hosts Cybersecurity Events with the University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC), as well as other community partners. The programs highlight relevant cybersecurity topics and feature experts in the field. These events take multiple forms, to include webinars and special events at locations around the National Capitol Region.
