David Benjamin Israel, 84, of West Palm Beach, Florida passed away on October 13, 2024. David was born on November 28, 1939, in New York, New York. An obituary is provided below.
Dave served his country and community throughout his life, in the U.S. Army, with the National Security Agency, at the Greenbriar C Condominium, and at the United Civic Organization where he served fifteen years as Executive Board Member, Vice President, and President.
Dave's 2010 Information Forward Initiative, which includes digitizing UCO records, making documents available to CV unit owners, and broadcasting UCO meetings and events on community media, has since become standard and statutory procedure for condominium communities in Florida.
We will remember Dave's example of lifelong service and his often used phrase, "What is the meaning of all this."
