Revisiting Cryptology-Inspired Artwork from SteAm Night 2019

The 2019 SteAm Night at the NCM was held in October as part of the annual Maryland STEM Festival. Each year, the event encourages youth to come to the Museum to explore and learn with tons of hands-on activities related to science, math, technology, and yes, ART! In 2019, we added the "A" for Art and invited young people to get creative with their science. Kids were asked to draw, paint, or build something that is cryptology-inspired. Submissions were put on display in the Museum for all to see and all the creators received prizes, courtesy of the National Cryptologic Museum Foundation.

Congratulations to all the young people who participated in this event and had their artwork featured at the NCM. See some of the featured artwork via the gallery below.
