Benefactor Recognition - July 2021
In a ceremony held at the National Cryptologic Museum (NCM) on 2 July 2021, the National Cryptologic Foundation (NCF) honored two pioneers of the cryptologic service (& lifelong friends), Mr. Robert L. "Bob" Washington and Mr. William P. "Bill" Sullivan, and thanked them for their contributions to the Foundation and its mission.
Mr. Washington and Mr. Sullivan were honored as Benefactor donors. Their support makes it possible for the NCF to educate the public and raise awareness of the Cryptologic, Cyber, and Intelligence communities and their important missions, and to commemorate the men and women of the Signals Intelligence and Information Assurance fields, who like them devoted their careers in cryptologic service.
After remarks from NCF President and CEO Ms. Laura Nelson, Mr. Vince Houghton, Museum Director, gave a talk on the WW II Bombe.
