Alexis Davis is currently the Chief Operations Officer at the Technology Advancement Center which focuses on advancing the Cybersecurity and technology mission for US Cyber Command and other DoD organizations. 

Ms. Davis is the previous owner and President of Multi-Flex Plating Company, a NADCAP (National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program) Certified plating and metal-finishing small business serving aerospace, commercial, electronics, industrial and military applications. Alexis owned and sold additional small businesses in complementary manufacturing and coating processing industries during this time.

Prior to Multi-Flex Plating, Alexis served as Vice President at Garvey Precision Machine, a manufacturing partner for the Department of Defense Nuclear Submarine prime contractors 
and U.S. Navy. Alexis led contracts ranging from $25,000 to multi-million, fixed and T&M.  During her tenure with Garvey Precision Machine, Alexis served as the Mid-Atlantic Regional Leader for the Submarine Industrial Base Council.

Ms. Davis has also served as Vice President of Aether’s (NASDAQ: AETH) Mobile Finance Division, the early leader in providing mobile solutions to the enterprise, where she managed $12M international market data projects and deployments. The division sold to TeleCommunication Systems (NASDAQ: TSYS) where Alexis continued with successful transition.

A graduate of Lehigh University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Alexis started her career as a Principal Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) focusing on large software solution implementations in the insurance and financial industries. Throughout her career, Alexis has employed program and operations management skills across various private and governmental industries in both entrepreneurial small and large businesses. She holds an active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
