NCF #CyberChat: How Cryptology Helped Win the Battle of Midway

From the moment the Japanese Navy bombed Pearl Harbor, the United States was put on the defensive, that is, until the Battle of Midway. Join us for this National Cryptologic Foundation (NCF) #CyberChat for students & educators, as we discuss the critical elements that allowed the United States to turn the tide; from the widely discussed naval battle to the under-emphasized (but vital) role of US Navy cryptology. View a video preview of this #CyberChat via the link provided below.

Presenter Will Sciandra, a First Class Cadet (Senior) at the Virginia Military Institute, will also discuss with students how cryptology still plays a major role in cyber, where it’s headed, and how you can get involved just as he is.

This #CyberChat will be conducted via our Nepris online classroom. Please click the link below to get more details and to register for the Chat via Nepris. You will need a free Nepris account to attend the live Chat or view the recording.
