While we are all staying home and staying safe - Maryland State Senator Katie Fry Hester is hoping to raise interest in cybersecurity careers among our youth, particularly young women.

Join us for an exciting webinar, aimed at the middle and high school audience, with nationally renowned experts on Women in Cryptology and Cybersecurity! This webinar will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2020, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, through Zoom.

The event will include an interactive discussion with award-winning journalist and best selling "Code Girls" author Liza Mundy about the women who broke German and Japanese codes to help the Allied power win World War II. There will also be discussion about cybersecurity careers today with former Maryland Military Department Adjutant General, Major General Linda Singh, and President and CEO of the National Cryptologic Museum Foundation, Laura Nelson.
