Dr. Moses Liskov
Dr. Moses Liskov is a cryptographic researcher and former professor at the College of William and Mary, who has worked for the MITRE corporation as a crypto and security expert since 2009. His primary area of focus is on cryptographic protocols and applications of cryptography in secure system design, with particular emphasis in recent years on post-quantum security. His work with MITRE has involved many US government sponsors including NSA, DHS, Air Force, Navy, and SMC.
