Aaron Moore
Mr. Aaron Moore has extensive experience in the DoD and the IC’s research and development communities. He served as a DARPA program manager for multiple restricted satellite programs, led the R&D for the virtualization of space platforms, and represented DARPA in OSD’s Air Dominance Initiative on space-air layer integration tech.
Mr. Moore also held positions with the NSA as Chief Systems Engineer for Menwith Hill station, the Division Chief for NSA’s capabilities development office and the IC’s Advanced Research and Development Activity’s lead for AI/ML, NLP, and special processing as well as the Director of the Advanced Cyber Effects Office in the NRO’s Advanced Systems and Technology Office.
As the former CTO for Northrup Grumman’s Intelligence Solutions Division, Mr. Moore was responsible for developing discriminators for offensive cyber tools, algorithmic warfare capabilities, predictive intelligence techniques, and special processing payloads and as the Director for Lethal Autonomous Weapons at Raytheon’s Advanced Missile Systems, Mr. Moore led the development of cognitive weapons with onboard multi-INT processing and target discrimination for long range kill chains.
Mr. Moore began his career as a US Army Special Forces operator. He served on numerous operational detachments and participated in multiple combat operations. He was decorated for heroism and received numerous medals and awards for his service.
