What: Mission Assurance in Agentic AI Operations: Building AI Security & Assurance to Accelerate National Security Adoption

When: Wednesday, December 3, 2025: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., followed by a cocktail reception from 5:00–6:00 p.m., and Thursday, December 4, 2025: 8:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.

Parking: Complimentary parking is available in several lots surrounding the venue.

Dress Code: Business attire. 

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Upon arrival, please enter through the main entrance to Carahsoft and check in at the registration desk in the lobby to collect your pre-printed name badge.

After check-in, take the elevator to the 5th floor, follow the event signage to the conference space. 

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Breakfast, lunch, snacks, and the Wednesday evening cocktail reception are included with your registration.

Light Breakfast: 8:00–9:00 a.m. (both days)

Lunch: 12:00–1:00 p.m. (Day One only)

Mid-Morning Snack: Day Two

Cocktail Reception: December 3, 5:00–6:00 p.m.
