Natalie Hagan is a Senior Cyber Security Capability Engineer and CNO Lead at Nexxis Solutions, where she leads multi-disciplinary technical teams developing offensive cyber capabilities. She brings over two decades of experience in reverse engineering and capability development, including 14 years as Principal Staff at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where she led teams of 40+ engineers creating capabilities against endpoint devices and wireless capability development. Her technical background spans embedded systems, reverse engineering, and low-level software development in C, C++, and Assembly across x86, PPC, and other architectures. Ms. Hagan is pursuing a Ph.D. in Cyber Operations at Dakota State University, with a dissertation on architecture-agnostic vulnerability identification in binaries using natural language processing. She holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Maryland, and received the Society of Women Engineers’ 2016 Advocating Women in Engineering Award.
