Lemi-Ola Erinkitola is the Founder and CEO of The Critical Thinking Child, LLC, a K–12 tutoring, test prep, and responsible AI literacy company serving families nationwide since 2013. Under her leadership, the company has served more than 30,000 families, helped students earn over $50 million in college scholarships, and holds the Stanford NSSA Tutoring Program Design Badge. From 2023 to 2026, she served as co-chair of the NICE K12 Cybersecurity Education Community of Interest (a U.S. national initiative at NIST), championing early cybersecurity awareness and workforce development for young learners. A Kapor Foundation Responsible AI Fellow and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumna, she received the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award for Volunteer Service in 2016. Her work centers on equipping students — especially those in under-resourced communities — with the critical thinking skills to thrive in a digital world.
