Event Recap
Although the Crypto Cup tournament began in 2001, unfortunately, we don't have a full historical recounting for each event such as we have for more recent years. However, we are grateful to have a selection of photos, many taken by NCF volunteer John Garcia, from several of these earlier tournaments.
Some of galleries below, as well as those on other tournament recap pages include photos taken at the National Cryptologic Museum where the Foundation hosted a special post-Crypto Cup luncheon and ceremony to thank the dedicated Crypto Cup volunteers and recognize that year's winning team. Although many volunteers have been from Eagle Alliance, there have also been many from other companies. You will also notice a variety of wildlife who joined our golfers on the course over the years!
Please note that some of the tournaments have extended galleries available in a separate Shutterfly album. A link is provided for viewing.
On most of the recap pages - the Foundation recognizes the many generous sponsors for each tournament. We are proud to say that several sponsor companies return each year and some have supported nearly every Crypto Cup. Companies such as SCI, FedData, CyberCore Technologies, Cisco, TechUSA, NetApp, Dell, and many more have supported the Foundation over the years. Please check out the more recent tournament recap pages to learn about our dedicated sponsors!
The Foundation is deeply grateful to Eagle Alliance (now GDIT) for hosting these incredibly fun and vital fundraisers for the Foundation. Each tournament has typically raised $30-40,000 in support of the Foundation's mission. We look forward each year to this special opportunity to network and relax with members of our amazing community!
