Siraaj M. Hasan

Board Member

Mr. Siraaj Hasan has been a proven transformative leader for Booz Allen Hamilton for over 27 years. He currently serves as Vice
President leading Booz Allen Hamilton’s National Cyber – United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) Business. He is charged with driving advanced AI solutions to accelerate the national cyber business, while shaping and capturing over $3B in the offensive and defensive cyber market space. Serving as the Firm’s Market Lead and a senior cyber expert for the Department of Defense, he is responsible for managing over $750M and 640+ cyber professionals nationwide. He is charged with leading and driving cyber business development growth across the Joint Military Combatant Commands (CCMDs) around the globe, as well as the National Security Interagency(s), Commercial and International communities. As a senior cyber technology leader, he leads a team of cybersecurity experts, network engineers, systems engineers, modeling & simulation subject matter experts (SMEs), cyber operators, capability and cyber tool developers. His team of technical cyber-SMEs leverage advanced cyber technologies, techniques and tools, including A.I and machine-learning and advanced generative A.I. cyber capability solutions to support real-world full-spectrum cyber operational missions.

For more than 16 years, Siraaj has played a key role in our nation’s DoD cyber strategy by working directly with senior leaders and
cyber operators to apply innovations to strengthen DoD cyber capabilities to ensure mission readiness for our military forces. Specifically, he
has led his team of modeling & simulation experts, cyber operators and engineers to build complex virtual cyber range environments and
physical cyber testbeds to enable the development and training of more than 6,600 DoD Cyber Forces worldwide. His ability to lead the
development of real-world simulations and direct engagement with the cyber force teams, individual cyber operators and senior military
leaders to include international and interagency partners, has been critical to our nation’s ability to effectively defend and prevent catastrophic
cyber-attacks and global cyber threats.

Mr. Hasan has also served as Booz Allen’s Chairman, leading the Global Multicultural Business Resource Group. In this capacity, he
helped lead the Firm’s People Strategy, with a global focus on developing a diverse pipeline of merit-based, qualified, high-performing leaders and talent. Siraaj leads with purpose to inspire growth and unlock potential. His visionary leadership fosters diverse talent, shapes future leaders, and empowers teams to deliver innovation, growth, and lasting impact to the mission and organization.

Siraaj also serves as the President and Co-Founder of The Lifting As We Climb Foundation and the “SoundMind SoundBody” Academy. Nonprofit organizations and programs originally founded by Hampton University Alumni, with a mission focused on mentoring under-served youth in Washington, D.C and Detroit, MI. Mr. Hasan co-founded the organizations with the specific mission to uplift disadvantaged “at-risk” youth in under-served communities. The organization primarily coordinates with Public Schools, the Office of the Mayor, City Council and local grassroots organizations to provide free tutoring, academic and athletic enrichment programs to males ages 12 to 18. To date, the organization has worked with over 20,000 student-athletes across the nation.

Mr. Hasan also held a position as an elected official in the District of Columbia, where he has served as a Chairman of the Ward 7D Advisory Neighborhood Commission for close to 9 years. His duties have included providing support and service to his community by serving as an advisor to government leaders addressing policy and programming matters that directly impact his community and constituents.

Siraaj is a proud graduate of Hampton University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2000 and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Quantic School of Business & Technology. His additional graduate coursework includes, University of Maryland University College’s cybersecurity policy program and a certificate in Business Strategy from a corporate executive MBA program which included an intense collaborative curriculum from Columbia Business School, Dartmouth’s Tuck School, Harvard Business School, MIT’s Sloan School, NorthWestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management, the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, and the University of Michigan Business School.

Mr. Hasan is a recognized and proven leader who has served as a technology leader and trusted advisor to various senior government
and military leaders. He has received several leadership and excellence awards, to include the coveted “2023 Black Engineer of the Year for
Outstanding Technical Contribution in Cyber”; a “Meritorious Unit Citation Award” presented by the Director of National Intelligence; as well
Booz Allen’s highest and most prestigious leadership award, the “Values in Practice” (VIP) Award. With regard to Mr. Hasan’s community &
charitable activities, he has received the “Angels Among Us” Award from the National Council of Negro Women, the National “Community
Impact Award” from the National Hampton Alumni Association, and a series of “Testimonial Resolutions” and recognitions from the District
of Columbia and Detroit City Council(s) respectively.
