Ms. Viola Keer passed away after a long illness on 20 February 1980 at the age of 60. Ms. Keer was a retired, long-time NSA analyst who had retired in 1975. A native of Kentucky, she was a resident of Greenbelt, MD and was survived by her daughter and brother.
