Barbara was assigned as an Administrative Officer in J5 at the time of her retirement in 2001. She had 33 years of service. Barbara and her husband Pete were both lifetime Phoenix Society members. She passed away on 23 October 2011.
Note – Barbara’s husband Pete Seelos is also honored in the NCF’s In Memoriam Registry. Pete was a dedicated long-time Foundation member and volunteer. He developed the Foundation’s initial membership database and provided invaluable support for many, many years.
