Mr. Hanes retired as a Data Systems Analyst in the T organization in 1989. He had 34 years of service. He passed away on November 11, 2010 – survived by Joan, his loving wife of 48 years; daughter, Amanda Hanes of New York; brother-in-law, Charles Thompson and many nieces and nephews.
