The Foundation’s Acquisitions Chairman purchased a U.S. Service Issue Pocket Signal Disk at a Georgia antique mall and donated it to the National Cryptologic Museum. The two-sided pocket size primer has the International Morse Code on one side and the Semaphore International Flag Code System on the reverse. The original price for the primer was .30 cents.
