Jacquay Henderson brings over two decades of experience in intelligence analysis, data governance, and large-scale systems integration across the defense and intelligence community, where he developed deep expertise in structuring and governing data across distributed, multi-source environments. This background directly informs how he approaches cryptographic discovery and mitigation today, applying the same rigor used to manage complex data pipelines and governance frameworks to the challenge of identifying and remediating non-compliant cryptographic dependencies across federal enterprises.
As Founder and CEO of Square Peg Technologies, his firm specializes in post-quantum cryptography readiness, cybersecurity advisory, and enterprise data integration services. Square Peg’s proprietary PQC Maturity Assessment framework evaluates organizational readiness across nine domains, surfacing cryptographic risk at the system, application, and data layer while treating the quantum transition as an enterprise data and systems integration challenge requiring coordination across IT, security, and mission operations.
He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in industrial engineering from Florida State University, with a focus on modeling and simulation. Jacquay serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering at Florida State University and is an active voice in the PQC community, contributing to the national conversation on quantum risk planning, cryptographic migration strategy, and the operational realities of achieving post-quantum compliance at scale.
