About this Convening to Act Event

The NCF’s Progress Through Partnership with the National Security Agency (NSA) is essential for staying ahead of emerging threats and ensuring the resilience of our nation’s security infrastructure. Thus, the NCF, in partnership with the NSA, sponsors a series of dialogues called Convening to Act programs to identify emerging challenges in cybersecurity and cryptology. The December 3-4, 2025 Convening to Act will feature a multidisciplinary dialogue, including government and industry, to discuss – Mission Assurance in Agentic AI Operations: Building AI Security & Assurance to Accelerate National Security Adoption…for the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and beyond, including small and medium-sized businesses. At this timely and important Convening, we will explore the latest advancements in how to secure and assure AI in high-stake national security operations.

We are pleased to welcome General Paul Nakasone, USA (Ret) as a keynote speaker during the morning of December 3rd. General Nakasone is the Founding Director of Vanderbilt University’s Institute of National Security. He is a retired four-star general in the United States Army who served as the commander of United States Cyber Command. He concurrently served as the director of the National Security Agency and as chief of the Central Security Service.

Registration

Tickets cover both days and include breakfast both days, lunch on day one, cocktail reception on day one, and a mid-day snack or bag lunch on day two.

  • $299 per ticket = (through Nov 15th)
  • $349 per ticket = (Nov 16th through Dec 3rd)

Complimentary Government Tickets – a limited number of complimentary tickets for government personnel will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
