Program Overview
The National Cryptologic Foundation’s Cyber Saturday Program is an interactive learning experience designed to inspire and equip students ages 10–16 with essential skills in cybersecurity, digital awareness, and critical thinking. Through hands-on workshops and real-world challenges, students learn to identify and address modern digital threats while building a strong foundation of cyber knowledge.
Since its launch in 2023, Cyber Saturday has reached more than 250 students from across the DC–Maryland–Virginia region. Past events have taken place in June 2023 and May 2024, and two more are set for January 18, 2025, and May 3, 2025—with an expected reach of over 500 students in 2025. These events reflect the NCF’s commitment to advancing cyber literacy, fostering workforce readiness, and preparing the next generation to thrive in a secure and connected future.
