As we step into the new year, I would like to extend my warmest wishes to all members, supporters, and partners of the National Cryptologic Foundation (NCF). This year marks an exciting chapter in our shared commitment to advancing the nation's interest in cyber as we preserve and promote the history, importance, and future of cryptology.
Looking back at 2024, we reflect on the incredible strides made in securing our digital world through our partnership with the National Security Agency (NSA) and our continued efforts to inspire and mentor young minds. Cryptology, more than ever, remains a cornerstone of national security, privacy, and innovation, and it is through collaboration, education, and exploration that we will continue to thrive.
As we begin 2025, the NCF team is looking forward to several exciting events and programs. We kick off the year with Cyber Saturday on January 18th, an educational and fun event for aspiring young cybersecurity enthusiasts. In March, we will host two Convening to Act events in partnership with NSA. The first, Accelerating the Adoption of Quantum Resistant Cryptography, will be held on March 11th. Our next event, Managing High Impact AI National Security Applications, will take place on March 27th-28th. In addition, new episodes of our podcasts, CyberChats and Cyber Pulse will drop in January and throughout the coming months.
And in all that we do, we will continue to honor the legacy of those who paved the way for us and inspire the next generation of cryptologists, engineers, and thinkers.
As we look to the future, let us embrace the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, remembering that the work we do today shapes the security and freedom of tomorrow.
Thank you for your unwavering support and dedication to our mission.
Happy New Year!
